Job summary

Americold Logistics, LLC. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple warehouses in Vineland, NJ. You will lead engineering and maintenance teams, drive maintenance budgets, and ensure safety and reliability of mechanical and electrical systems.

You will manage preventive programs, capital projects, and vendor relationships while maintaining high performance and compliance with safety regulations. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in mechanical and basic electrical concepts; hands-on problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assign work to engineering and maintenance teams, set performance objectives, and monitor results.
• Prepare annual maintenance budgets; schedule expenditures and analyze variances.
• Schedule repair, maintenance, and installation of equipment to support productivity.
• Design and refine preventive maintenance programs; review reports and ensure standards.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Oversee capital projects: bids, requests, and contractor/vendor management.
