Job summary

Trane Technologies invites recent graduates to join its Energy Engineer Graduate Training Program. This full-time position starts with a 15-week rotational development track designed to teach HVAC fundamentals, energy literacy, sales, and leadership, with on-site work at a North American office.

During the program you will travel to multiple company locations for in-person learning, complete virtual trainings, and ultimately assume the role of Energy Engineer in a local sales office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required; preferred: Energy, Mechanical or Electrical.
• U.S. citizenship or right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Posting covers multiple opportunities; may be remote, hybrid or onsite.
• Ability to travel to various in-person destinations during the 15-week training.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have acceptable driving history.

Responsibilities

• After completing the program, serve as Energy Engineer in a local office.
• Convert data into actionable insight to help clients optimize facilities.
