Trane Technologies, a world leader in sustainable climate solutions, invites recent graduates to join the Energy Engineer Graduate Training Program. You will rotate through sites for intensive technical, business, and leadership training and gain exposure to HVAC fundamentals and energy projects.

The program runs in a predetermined office location, begins in August, and aims to place you as a full-time Energy Engineer in your local sales office after completion. Benefits start on day one.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering; preferred: Energy, Mechanical or Electrical.
• Must be graduated prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship or right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 15-week rotational Energy Engineer program across multiple locations.
• Learn from experts and complete trainings in technical, business, and leadership areas.
• Transition to a full-time Energy Engineer in a predetermined office location after program completion.
