Entegris, Inc. is launching its Leadership Development Program - Engineering (ELDP) to accelerate early-career engineers.

The program includes three 12-month assignments across Manufacturing, Product, and a final quality-focused rotation, with senior mentorship and formal learning experiences. Participants will rotate across functional areas, gain exposure to high-impact projects, and pursue a pathway to a permanent role within Entegris.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with a strong GPA.
• New to the job market or early in engineering career.
• Willingness to relocate to maximize development opportunities.
• Commitment to a 3-year training program with competitive compensation and full benefits.

Responsibilities

• Complete three 12-month rotations in Manufacturing, Product, and a final assignment in Quality or Materials Quality as applicable.
• Engage in on-the-job training and project work contributing to business unit deliverables.
• Participate in the company’s learning curriculum and mentorship opportunities.
