Carrier invites graduates in engineering to join the Engineer Leadership Program (ELP), a rotational development track designed to accelerate leadership and technical growth. Participants rotate across Carrier centers of excellence and gain exposure to technology, project management, and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Willing to relocate for rotations across Carrier sites.

Responsibilities

• Join three 8-month rotations across Carrier centers of excellence.
• Tackle hands-on engineering tasks with leadership responsibilities.
• Mentorship from senior leaders and program alumni to build a global network.
