Job summary

Newcomb & Boyd, LLP, a multidiscipline MEP engineering consulting firm headquartered in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Knowledge and Learning Manager to lead learning initiatives for engineering excellence, leadership growth, regulatory compliance, and career development.

The role oversees LMS administration, knowledge platforms, and AI-enabled knowledge search to improve information access across the firm. 7+ years in learning & development for technical professionals is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive Learning & Development experience in a technical or engineering environment.
• Experience designing and managing training programs for engineers, project managers and technical staff.
• Experience administering LMS and managing employee training records.

Responsibilities

• Lead firmwide learning and development strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee LMS operations, content administration, reporting, and user support.
• Develop structured learning pathways for engineers and technical staff.
• Manage leadership development programs and succession planning.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and studio directors to advance knowledge management platforms.
