Job summary

Atlas Technica is seeking a Manager, Learning & Development to build and lead the company-wide L&D function. This hands-on leadership role will establish strategy, programs, processes, and infrastructure to develop team capabilities and grow the organization.

Reporting to the Global Head of People, you will partner with strategy, effectiveness, and business leads to translate needs into scalable learning pathways, onboarding, certifications, and evolving org needs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Learning & Development, talent development, or a related field.
• Experience designing and delivering manager and leadership development programs.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design, facilitation, and learning evaluation practices.
• Ability to diagnose performance gaps and translate needs into practical development solutions.
• Experience building role-based, technical, or functional learning programs with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the company-wide Learning & Development strategy and roadmap.
• Establish governance and processes for learning needs identification and program prioritization.
• Build scalable L&D programs, tools, and infrastructure including learning tech and reporting.
• Design and deliver manager development programs focused on coaching, feedback, and performance management.
• Partner with leaders to connect roles, skills, pathways, and career progression.
