Keka Technologies Private Limited is seeking a General Manager - Learning and Development to lead the company’s L&D strategy across the organization. The role focuses on shaping competency frameworks, driving training programs, and advancing leadership development for a growing workforce.

You will oversee the LMS and digital learning tools, coordinate with operations and HR, and ensure training aligns with ESG objectives while delivering measurable ROI across locations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of L&D/learning experience.
• Experience designing technical, behavioural, leadership and compliance training.
• Experience with blue-collar or site-based workforce skilling.
• Proven ability to lead leadership development and succession programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the annual L&D strategy aligned with business and ESG objectives.
• Conduct TNA and build competency frameworks across roles.
• Design and deploy technical, behavioural, leadership, and compliance training programs.
• Lead blue-collar and site-based workforce skilling initiatives at scale.
• Drive leadership development and succession planning programs.
• Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) and digital learning tools.
• Ensure safety, statutory, and ESG training coverage across locations.
• Measure training effectiveness, ROI, and impact through MIS and dashboards.
• Manage L&D budgets, trainers, and external training partners.
• Collaborate with business, operations, and HR leaders for capability building.
