Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in packaging or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage existing accounts and open new ones.
• Understanding of engineered/custom selling vs. commodity selling.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account management.
• Grow accounts through cross-selling foam, crates, and packaging materials.
• Prospect and win new business across the Northeast.
• Visit customer sites to understand requirements and develop solutions.
• Prepare quotes, RFQ responses, and pricing recommendations.
