True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a driven Sales Manager to grow its flexible packaging business in the northeast TN area.

You will identify and win new enterprise clients, build long-term partnerships, and act as a trusted advisor with technical knowledge of rotogravure printing. Collaborate with R&D, prepress, and production to deliver high-quality packaging solutions, prepare quotes and RFP responses, and forecast sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Competenze

8+ years of B2B sales or technical service experience.
Proven ability to navigate long sales cycles and close deals.
Willing to travel up to 50%, including some international travel.
Degree in Business, Packaging Science, Graphic Communications, or related field (preferred).
