Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Manager of Structural Loads and Dynamic Environments for Engines. You will lead a distributed team supporting all engine programs, including New Glenn and lunar missions, delivering load cases, requirements, and FEM analyses while ensuring rigorous technical governance.

The role requires strong leadership across time zones, deep expertise in structural dynamics, acoustics, and vibration, and the ability to translate complex test data into actionable engine

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in engineering (or equivalent).
• 7+ years aerospace structural analysis/dynamics experience.
• 3+ years of project or people management experience.
• Ability to provide technical leadership across multiple disciplines.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to lead across sites.
• U.S. citizenship or eligible status required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-program Structural Loads & Dynamic Environments organization.
• Own execution plans across development, qualification, production, and flight-support phases.
• Set technical direction and maintain standards for loads/dynamic environments.
• Engage technically at a high level; resolve issues and guide tradeoffs.
• Drive verification, correlation, and closure with test inputs/outputs.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks; communicate implications to leadership.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to capture interfaces and timing.
• Hire, develop, and lead engineers across multiple locations.
