Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Manager of Structural Loads and Dynamic Environments for Engines to lead a distributed team across multiple programs, ensuring rigorous analysis and vehicle/engine coupling are defined and verified. You will drive risk reduction, manage technical reviews, and coordinate with engineers and test teams to meet program requirements.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in engineering (or equivalent technical discipline).
• 7+ years in aerospace structural analysis/dynamics (including vibration/acoustics) for flight hardware.
• 3+ years of project and/or people management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership across a range of structural/dynamic disciplines and to make sound engineering judgments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including aligning across time zones and sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-program Structural Loads & Dynamic Environments organization.
• Own the execution plan for engine programs across development, qualification, production, and flight-support phases.
• Ensure deliverables meet internal standards and program needs.
• Provide technical leadership and set direction across the team.
• Establish and maintain technical approaches, standards, and review practices.
• Collaborate with Design Responsible Engineers and analysts to resolve complex problems.
