Blue Origin seeks an experienced aerospace structural loads engineer to support New Glenn development. You will develop and execute loads analyses, build/validate FE models, and reduce models for efficient analysis, collaborating across disciplines to ensure accurate inputs and outputs.

Responsibilities include documentation for customers, data-driven modelling, and handling large data sets for engineering applications in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with analysis of launch vehicle structural loads using physics-based methods.
• Proficiency with FEM tools and ability to build/validate models against tests.
• Strong data processing, visualization, and ability to communicate results to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Coupled Loads Analysis for launch vehicles.
• Document CLA results for internal, government, and commercial customers.
• Develop/refine FE models and perform model reduction (e.g., Craig-Bampton).
• Create mathematical models and simulations for loads analysis.
• Manage large datasets and post-process results for engineering use.
