Job summary

Chamber is seeking a Sr. Manager, Engagement Operations to design and launch the member journey systems, including CRM, lifecycle infrastructure, campaigns, and automations. You will partner with Data to measure outcomes and drive activation, engagement, and retention across channels.

You will own HubSpot from scratch, manage vendor relationships, and lead cross-functional teams to scale engagements in a high-growth healthcare tech environment. Remote or hybrid options are available.

Qualifications

10+ years in lifecycle marketing, CRM/marketing operations, or member engagement.
Healthcare or value-based care experience preferred.
Strong experience architecting workflows, campaigns, integrations, and data governance.

Responsibilities

Own and architect HubSpot from the ground up, including workflows, automation, segmentation, data hygiene, and permissions.
Build scalable campaigns and QA processes to ensure deliverability at scale.
Collaborate with Data to ensure engagement reporting reflects real operations across channels.
Oversee vendor and partner management, including design, print, and agency relationships.
Engineer end-to-end lifecycle journeys and drive continuous experimentation with A/B testing.
