Job summary

TEKsystems Global Services is seeking an Engagement Manager I to lead delivery of multiple projects, ensuring customer value and contract compliance. You will quantify business benefits and manage outcomes across service types, with travel up to 25%.

The role requires strong business acumen, Agile experience, and IT service management know-how, in a fully remote permanent position based out of Hanover, MD.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop business cases and translate requirements into solutions.
• Experience leading Agile workflows (PI planning, sprint planning, standups).
• Relevant certifications (Agile, PMP, IAOP, ITIL) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more projects and project teams to deliver outcomes.
• Own customer expectations and ensure delivery assurance and value.
• Provide daily operational oversight in professional services delivery; travel up to 25%.
