TEKsystems is seeking a Practice Manager for TEKsystems Global Services, fully remote. The role leads IT consulting practices, drives revenue and oversees multi-project portfolios with a global client base, including extensive executive-level interaction.

Requires 15+ years in project management, program management, and practice leadership within professional services. Denver HQ setting, salary range listed, and substantial benefits accompany this senior leadership opportunity.

Qualifications

• 15+ years project management leadership experience in an IT consulting service provider environment.
• Program management experience with portfolio handling.
• Practice-centric experience in areas like Application Management, Data Management, QA or Development.
• Consulting business development experience preferred.
• Proposal or Statement of Work development experience.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.
• Experience working with India and North America teams.
• Exposure to process and service management practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee practice management, personnel, tools, and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Sales, Marketing and other practices to optimize offerings.
• Forecast revenue, profitability, margins and utilization for the practice.
• Grow client relationships and support product development with Sales teams.
• Provide regular updates to SEs, Sales, and PMO on services.
