Job summary

Tekion is seeking an Engagement Manager to connect customers with our SaaS platform, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing value. You will immerse yourself in clients' worlds to tailor their onboarding and support their ongoing experience, fostering enduring relationships that drive Tekion's growth.

You'll own the full project lifecycle for SaaS launches, develop plans, lead meetings, and coordinate dealer partners. Travel up to 50% is required, with a remote-friendly setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 3+ years in client services or account management.
• 2+ years in SaaS platform onboarding.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the full project lifecycle for SaaS solution launches.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and responsibility matrices; track progress and address deviations.
• Lead project meetings, assign action items, and ensure accountability across dealers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for dealer partners, guiding them through requirements.
• Establish clear communication channels with the dealer and provide regular updates.
