Job summary

CapTech is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead delivery across cross-functional teams, aligning business goals with delivery capabilities and stakeholder expectations.

You will navigate Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies, build integrated roadmaps, manage risks, and drive successful, complex technology engagements. This role requires strong communication, credibility with clients, and experience guiding multi-location teams, including remote work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in both agile and traditional project or program management roles.
• Demonstrated track record of successful management of large and complex technology projects.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions and driving outcomes.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in project or program management with full agile lifecycle.
• Ability to establish credibility with clients through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficient at leading diverse teams across locations (remote and on-site).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a delivery lead for cross-functional team(s), delivering business outcomes and successful project delivery.
• Share and implement best practices from Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid models as needed.
• Establish collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders to facilitate conversations and decisions.
• Demonstrate track record of managing large and complex consulting engagements.
• Develop and communicate integrated project plans and roadmaps to monitor milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate risks to project delivery and triage issues as they arise.
• Perform hands‑on delivery work including analysis, design, process engineering, and change management.
• Contribute to a community of project managers and leaders.
• Proven account management or other relevant experience.
