Job summary

CapTech’s Technical Project Manager role offers leadership across diverse technology initiatives, coordinating business and delivery teams to drive measurable outcomes. You will guide projects from planning through delivery, balancing client needs with team capabilities in a dynamic consulting environment.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in PM, strong communication, and a proven ability to manage large, complex engagements across remote and on-site CapTech and client teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in both agile and traditional project or program management roles.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in project or program management role, preferably with full agile development life cycle experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a delivery lead for cross-functional team(s), bringing together the business, the delivery team, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful business outcomes and ensure successful project delivery.
• Share and implement best practices from different development methodologies (ex: Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid models) as needed by project.
• Establish collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders to facilitate conversations and enable decision making.
• Demonstrated track record of successful ability to manage large and complex consulting engagements.
• Creative thinking and seeking innovative solutions to complex technical/business problems.
• Develop and communicate integrated project plans and/or roadmaps to establish, monitor, manage, and report key milestones, risks, and deliverables.
