Job summary

The Select Group is seeking an Engagement Manager II to independently own and execute a portfolio of client engagements, applying project and program management discipline to scope, schedule, budget, and risk. You will lead delivery, monitor account health, and partner across teams to ensure clients realize ongoing value from our services.

This remote role emphasizes client relationship management, quarterly business reviews, and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Project/Program Management or Engagement Management with ability to manage multiple client engagements.
• Formal PM certification is a plus but not required.
• Comfort owning financial tracking for client engagements, including utilization against forecast and budget reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own project and program health across scope, schedule, budget, and risk for a portfolio of engagements.
• Serve as the centralized point of contact for client stakeholders and lead status updates.
• Establish and track SLA compliance and project KPIs; drive performance improvements.
• Identify risks/issues and implement mitigation plans with client/leadership input.
