Job summary

Listen Labs is hiring its first Engagement Manager in Austin to own the customer journey post-sale—from onboarding to adoption and retention—helping customers extract value from our AI-powered research platform.

You’ll be the main day-to-day contact for key accounts, collaborate with sales on growth opportunities, and guide product/engineering with customer feedback to shape the roadmap.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of professional experience.
• Experience in a customer-facing position is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
• Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Experience with research, insights, or AI products is a plus.
• Ability to work in office 5 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey post-sale, onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for key accounts.
• Partner with sales to identify expansion and renewal opportunities.
• Provide proactive guidance and support to maximize customer value.
• Collect customer feedback and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to shape our roadmap.
• Develop and refine customer success playbooks as we scale.
