Listen Labs in Austin seeks its first Insight Strategist to translate data into decisions for customers and partners. You’ll work with product, research, and marketing leaders to connect feedback with strategy and drive measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6+ years of experience in client-facing insights, strategy, research, or customer success roles.
• Ability to analyze data and tell stories that inspire action, from dashboards to decks.
• Strong communication to engage executives and practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with product, research, and insights leaders to connect customer feedback with business strategy.
• Lead onboarding and training sessions to help customers adopt the platform.
• Analyze data to distill patterns and create insight briefs, dashboards, and presentations that drive action.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to champion customer perspective and influence roadmap priorities.
• Move quickly with high-quality craft and rapid iteration.
