Job summary

Listen Labs is seeking a Strategic Engagement Manager to own the post-sale customer journey, drive onboarding, adoption, and growth of our AI-powered research platform in a fast-paced, enterprise setting.

You will be the primary day-to-day contact for key accounts, partner with sales on expansion and renewals, and collect feedback to shape our product roadmap. This role requires strong relationship skills and comfort with ambiguity.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of professional experience in relevant roles.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Experience with research, insights, or AI products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey post-sale, from onboarding to growth.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for key accounts.
• Partner with sales to identify expansion and renewal opportunities.
• Provide proactive guidance to maximize customer value.
• Collect customer feedback and influence product roadmap.
• Develop and refine customer success playbooks as we scale.
