You’ll own onboarding, champion insights, and deliver dashboards and briefs that influence product direction. The role requires 3–6+ years in client-facing insights or strategy and a knack for storytelling with data.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6+ years of client-facing insights, strategy, research, or customer success experience.
• Able to analyze data and tell actionable stories using dashboards and decks.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative inputs to identify patterns.
• Strong communication to engage executives and practitioners.
• Curious, analytical, customer-focused.
• Thrives in ambiguity and fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with product, research, and insights leaders to connect feedback to strategy.
• Lead onboarding and training to help customers adopt the platform.
• Analyze data to distill patterns and create insight briefs, dashboards, and decks.
• Act as strategic partner to deepen usage and expand across teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to influence roadmap.
• Move fast while balancing quality and rapid iteration.
