Job summary

Listen Labs in New York City is seeking an Engagement Manager to help customers fully adopt our AI-powered research platform. You’ll own the post-sale journey, guiding onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth, and serve as the day-to-day contact for key accounts.

Collaborate with sales to spot expansion and renewal opportunities, provide proactive guidance to maximize value, and partner with product and engineering to feed roadmap.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of professional experience.
• Experience in a customer-facing position is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
• Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Experience with research, insights, or AI products is a plus.
• Ability to work in our NYC office 5 days/week.

  • The range for this role is $132,000 – $180,000 OTE. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, experience, and work location. If this range doesn't match your expectations, we still encourage you to apply.
