Job summary

Plante Moran seeks an Engagement Analyst to join our People, Workforce, & Rewards (PWR) team in Detroit. You will streamline processes, coordinate resources, and deliver solutions that meet client initiatives and boost engagement.

The role involves researching data, communicating across levels, and supporting senior leaders with practical, high-quality outcomes. Exempt, full-time position.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in senior admin support or project coordination.
• Ability to exchange information with varied inquiries.
• Ability to work in a high-stress environment.
• General business knowledge with experience managing multiple projects and client relationships.
• Experience with pension funds is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supports tactical action plans for PWR engagement teams.
• Develops and implements communication strategies across teams and stakeholders.
• Analyzes PWR engagement data and key metrics to support progress and objectives.
• Drives strategic initiatives and special projects assigned by leadership.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams, SMEs, and firm resources to support engagement goals.
• Partners with learning and development to align tools, processes, and training with PWR needs.
• Assists in coordinating resources and facilitating efficient workflows to enhance engagement efficiency.
• Enhances client experience through consistent communication and timely deliverables.
• Identifies opportunities to improve engagement processes, tools, AI, and resources.
• Communicates effectively with all levels of PWR management and engagement teams.
• Tracks and reports on engagement performance and operating metrics.
• Prepares for and participates in engagement, client, and leadership meetings.
