Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or JD as required; GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Detail-oriented leadership with problem-solving, communication and critical thinking.
• Ability to research and analyze tax and employment law guidance and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design employee rewards programs to meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in developing client deliverables, including detailed reports and presentations.
• Participate in client meetings and site visits with top-level management.
• Collaborate with clients to develop cost-effective and competitive rewards solutions.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
• Work independently and within a team.
