Job summary

Plante Moran is seeking an Employee Benefits Consulting professional to analyze and design client rewards programs, including compensation and retirement benefits. You will develop reports, present findings, and participate in client meetings with senior leaders.

The role requires a degree in a related field, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to research tax and employment law guidance. A travel component may be involved, with a flexible, supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, political science, math, accounting, statistics, or related field, or a juris doctorate with coursework in tax and/or employment law.
• Academic success (min GPA 3.0).
• Detail-oriented leader with problem-solving, communication, critical thinking, organizational, and technical skills.
• Ability to research and analyze tax and employment law guidance and communicate findings effectively.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design employee rewards programs to meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in developing client deliverables, including detailed reports and presentations.
• Participate in client meetings and site visits with top-level management.
• Collaborate with clients to develop cost-effective and competitive rewards solutions.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
