Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or JD with coursework in tax and/or employment law.
• Academic success (GPA 3.0 minimum).

• Ability to research and analyze tax and employment law guidance and communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design employee rewards programs to meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in developing client deliverables, including reports and presentations.
• Participate in client meetings and site visits with top-level management.
• Collaborate with clients to develop cost-effective rewards solutions.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
• Work both independently and within a team.
