Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Supply Chain related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or business related field is required.
• Reside in the Southfield, MI area or be willing to relocate for this opportunity.
• Frequent travel throughout the region, with approximately 50% overnight travel.
• Position may be filled as a Consultant or Senior Consultant based on applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implementation of improved sourcing and purchasing strategies.
• Optimization of warehousing and logistics processes.
• Analyzing client data and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Creating business process maps to identify efficiencies and best practices.
• Design and analysis of distribution strategies.
• Identification and implementation of operational improvement initiatives.
• Reduction of inventory and lead times.
• Enhancement of scheduling and planning processes.
• Supporting project management offices (PMO).
