Job summary

The State of New Hampshire is seeking an Enforcement Program Assistant II in Concord. This full-time role involves reviewing Direct Shipper reports, applying NH Liquor Laws, and communicating with the Direct Shipper community.

The position supports compliance and licensing operations within the Enforcement and Licensing Division. Minimum qualifications include an Associate’s degree and experience in accounting or auditing, or a combination of education and relevant work.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting or auditing work with the responsibility of providing program information to others.
• Knowledge of NH Title XIII laws and Federal Alcohol regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Explain licensing with regards to Title XIII laws, administrative rules and procedures and articulate solutions to agency staff, licensees and the public.
• Identify information needed to complete the direct shipper monthly report and contact direct shippers to obtain it for proper filing.
• Apply state liquor laws and regulations to direct shipper licenses to ensure correct filing practices.
• Evaluate direct shipper reports for proper payment and verify funds received.
