Job summary

State of New Hampshire's Liquor Commission, Enforcement & Licensing Division, is hiring a Part-Time Liquor Licensure Specialist at 50 Storrs Street, Concord. You will investigate, process, and verify liquor license applications, prepare fee structures, and guide customers through compliance requirements with Title XIII and state rules.

The role requires an associate degree with relevant experience or an equivalent education/experience mix, plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

Education and experience must be in project management, planning, project implementation or public administration.
Associate's degree and 2 years of experience or equivalent combination after high school.

Responsibilities

Implements NH Liquor Commission rules and policies while assisting applicants with liquor licenses.
Examines Title XIII laws, rules, procedures, and compliance for license applications.
Serves as primary agency contact for license inquiries and provides customer service.
Creates and maintains electronic licensee files and handles license fees and payments.
Prepares agenda items for Commission approval or denial of applications and petitions.
Organizes data for delinquent and active accounts to share with industry members.
Participates in field training and ensures professional conduct with customers.
