Job summary

Ember Group Consulting LLC is seeking a Client Partner to lead our Energy & Utilities portfolio. You’ll own relationships with utilities and energy companies, grow them into multi-year partnerships, and be fully accountable for revenue and quality of work.

You’ll guide the delivery teams, coach engagement principals, and shape Ember’s offerings in grid modernization, energy transition, regulatory support, and workforce transformation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of energy/utilities consulting leadership.
• Proven record of owning and growing client accounts.
• Knowledge of regulated utility model and rate cases.

Responsibilities

• Own the portfolio revenue budget and forecast accurately.
• Lead consultants placed at clients and ensure delivery quality.
• Shape Ember’s E&U offerings in grid modernization and energy transition.
