Job summary

Logic20/20 is seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial Director, Energy & Utilities to drive the growth of our consulting practice with utility clients. You will build trusted relationships, shape market offerings, mentor teams, and expand the practice while delivering client value.

You will lead business development, guide delivery excellence, and collaborate across sales, marketing, and practice leaders to position Logic20/20 as a market leader in Utilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting or professional services experience.
• Experience with utility clients and regulatory/technology landscape.
• Experience delivering consulting engagements in AI/Analytics, Digital Transformation, Strategy & Operations, Technology & Cloud, Grid Modernization, or related areas.
• Proven ability to connect industry challenges with business and technology solutions.
• Proven success developing executive-level client relationships and expanding opportunities.
• Experience leading the full business development lifecycle including proposals, pricing, and negotiations.
• Track record of growing accounts and mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategy for Utilities, expanding existing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
• Lead business development efforts including qualification, strategy, proposals, pricing, and executive presentations to win engagements.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and practice leaders to develop industry offerings and go-to-market initiatives.
• Build and scale the practice by identifying capability gaps, recruiting talent, and establishing operational processes.
• Provide executive oversight and strategic leadership for Utilities engagements and ensure delivery and client outcomes.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to maintain high-quality execution and measurable business value.
• Contribute expertise to strategic client initiatives while remaining billable on high-impact engagements.
