Capco is seeking a Regional Energy Lead & Client Partner to grow Capco's Utilities practice across the East Coast and Midwest. This senior role combines deep Energy & Utilities expertise with proven client leadership to originate new business and deliver multi-faceted transformation engagements.

You will manage strategic accounts, shape regional go-to-market strategies, and build a high-performing team while ensuring exceptional client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of consulting experience in the North American Energy & Utilities sector, including regulated & deregulated markets.
• Proven track record in building consulting business and leading executive client relationships.
• Strong proposals, win-rate in complex engagements, and large strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of Capco's Utilities business by developing executive relationships and leading complex sales pursuits.
• Own a portfolio of strategic accounts with revenue growth, commercial performance, and P&L ownership.
• Build, lead and mentor a high-performing regional consulting team.
