Job summary

CLEAResult Consulting Inc. is seeking an entry‑level Energy Technician to support residential energy efficiency projects in the Pottsville, PA area. You will learn to install measures that reduce home energy bills alongside a team, with hands-on training and opportunities to grow in the field.

No prior experience is required; on-the-job training is provided to learn attic insulation, caulking, lighting upgrades, and basic repairs while ensuring safe, organized job sites.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must pass post-offer, pre-employment drug test.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install energy savings measures including attic insulation (batts and blown), caulking, lightbulbs, showerheads, baseboards, thermostats and electric water heaters.
• Perform minor repairs to include windows and doors.
• Assist with loading and unloading work trucks.
• Keep the job site organized and safe.
• Assist with job site setup and tear down.

This is a field role supporting the Pottsvile, PA area.

We are looking for an eager individual...

To join our team as an Energy Technician. This is an entry level position where you will work alongside team members and learn how to install energy efficiency measures to reduce home energy bills for residential customers.

No prior experience needed. We provide on the job training where you will learn how to:

• Install energy savings measures including attic insulation (batts and blown), caulking, lightbulbs, showerheads, baseboards, thermostats and electric water heaters
• Perform minor repairs to include windows and doors
• Assist with loading and unloading work trucks
• Assist with keeping the job site organized and safe
• Assist with job site set up and tear down

Physical requirements:

• Able to work under different weather conditions including extreme hot and cold weather
• Sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time
• Crawl, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or reach often working in crawl spaces and under mobile homes for part of the workday
• Use repetitive hand motion & use of basic hand and power tools
• Use of a ladder at various heights (up to 3 stories)
• Lift, carry or push up to 50 pounds as needed

Target Compensation :
