Job summary

CLEAResult is hiring an Energy Technician II to help reduce consumer energy bills by installing energy-saving measures and performing related maintenance. You will work with a team to ensure installations meet program guidelines and safety requirements.

The role emphasizes field installation, customer interaction, and a commitment to energy efficiency and community impact. Competitive hourly pay and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Relevant industry or technical certification/training preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, or push up to 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Installing energy savings measures including attic insulation (batts and blown), caulking, lightbulbs, showerheads, baseboards, thermostats and electric water heaters.
• Performing minor repairs to include windows and doors.
• Assisting with loading and unloading work trucks.
• Ensuring measures installed are to program guidelines.
• Assisting with keeping the job site organized and safe.
• Assisting with customer site job set up and tear down.

Education

Compensation

Target Compensation: $22.50/hr

Compensation Range $17.75 - $25.05 Currency USD Type Hourly Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
