Job summary

CLEAResult is hiring for an entry-level field install role focused on supporting energy efficiency programs. You will install equipment in multifamily residences, interact with customers daily, and thrive in a team environment. Training is provided, with growth opportunities as you gain hands-on experience.

The position emphasizes safety, reliability, and strong customer service, and requires commuting daily in the designated region using a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 years of experience (entry-level; training provided).
• Customer service experience.
• Basic familiarity with hand tools is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (company vehicle provided).
• Ability to meet physical job requirements (standing, bending, moving between units).
• Willingness to learn and be reliable.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic installations using hand tools with attention to quality and safety.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment (multiple units per day).
• Provide professional, respectful customer interactions in occupied homes.
• Collaborate in a team, with potential to work independently after training.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and complete follow-up service visits.
• Travel daily within the assigned region using a company vehicle.
• Follow directions, learn quickly, and maintain a reliable work schedule.

Job Description

Support field-based energy efficiency programs by installing equipment in multifamily residences while delivering a strong customer experience. Targeted Compensation

$20-$21/h

This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company.Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass apost-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.

DOT Requirements

If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
