Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking an Energy Technician II to install energy efficiency measures and reduce consumer energy bills within a defined territory. You’ll join a team that values resourcefulness, resilience, and kindness, fitting in with an energetic group.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior residential construction experience is preferred; training is provided. This safety-sensitive role involves field work and possibly driving for the company.

Responsibilities

• Install energy savings measures including attic insulation (batts and blown), caulking, lightbulbs, showerheads, baseboards, thermostats and electric water heaters
• Perform minor repairs to include windows and doors
• Assist with loading and unloading work trucks
• Ensure measures installed are to program guidelines
• Assist with keeping the job site organized and safe
• Assist with customer site job set up and tear down

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

Target Compensation: $22.00/hr

This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.

DOT Requirements

If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Compensation Range $17.75 - $25.05 Currency USD Type Hourly Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
