Job summary

CLEAResult in New Castle, PA is seeking an Energy Technician II to install energy efficiency measures that reduce consumer bills across various programs. You’ll work within a defined territory as part of a dynamic, safety-conscious team.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, prior experience in residential construction preferred, and a willingness to perform installations such as attic insulation, caulking, lighting upgrades, and minor repairs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in the residential construction industry is preferred, will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Install energy savings measures including attic insulation (batts and blown), caulking, lightbulbs, showerheads, baseboards, thermostats and electric water heaters.
• Perform minor repairs to include windows and doors.
• Assist with loading and unloading work trucks.
• Ensure measures installed are to program guidelines.
• Assist with keeping the job site organized and safe.
• Assist with customer site job set up and tear down.
