Job summary

CLEAResult is hiring an Energy Technician in the Scotrun, PA area. You will join a field team that installs energy-saving measures to reduce residential energy bills, learning from experienced colleagues.

This entry-level role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to work outdoors in varying weather, and a willingness to handle light equipment and simple repairs. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Install energy savings measures including attic insulation, caulking, lightbulbs, showerheads, baseboards, thermostats and water heaters.
• Perform minor repairs (windows/doors).
• Assist with loading/unloading work trucks and keeping the site organized and safe.
• Assist with job site setup and teardown.

Job Description Field based around the Scotrun, PA area. You will report daily to the warehouse location. We are looking for an eager individual. To join our team as an Energy Technician. This is an entry level position where you will work alongside team members and learn how to install energy efficiency measures to reduce home energy bills for residential customers.

For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can:

• Install energy savings measures including attic insulation (batts and blown), caulking, lightbulbs, showerheads, baseboards, thermostats and electric water heaters
• Perform minor repairs to include windows and doors
• Assist with loading and unloading work trucks
• Assist with keeping the job site organized and safe
• Assist with job site set up and tear down

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have:

• Ability to work under different weather conditions including extreme hot and cold weather
• Sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time
• Crawl, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or reach often working in crawl spaces and under mobile homes for part of the workday
• Use repetitive hand motion & use of basic hand and power tools
• Use of a ladder at various heights (up to 3 stories)
• Lift, carry or push up to 50 pounds as needed
• High School diploma and/or GED
• Target compensation... $21.00

Compensation Range Currency Type Hourly

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
