Job summary

CLEAResult is hiring an entry-level Energy Technician for field work around the Scotrun, PA area. You will report daily to the warehouse location and learn to install energy efficiency measures that reduce home energy bills for residential customers.

Responsibilities include attic insulation installation, caulking, lighting upgrades, and basic repairs, with opportunities to assist with loading trucks and keeping sites safe and organized. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Entry-level Energy Technician role requiring capable physical labor.
• High School diploma or GED required to qualify for this role.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Install energy savings measures including attic insulation (batts and blown), caulking, lightbulbs, showerheads, baseboards, thermostats and electric water heaters.
• Perform minor repairs to include windows and doors.
• Assist with loading and unloading work trucks.
• Assist with keeping the job site organized and safe.
• Assist with job site set up and tear down.
