Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Energy Domain Leader with deep Oil & Gas experience to guide enterprise-scale transformations using AI, cloud, and data platforms. You will advise on end-to-end operations across Upstream, Midstream, Downstream and Low Carbon value chains, lead data modernization programs, and shape architecture roadmaps while expanding executive relationships.

Travel may be required; you will mentor global delivery teams and drive high-value pursuits for energy clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years within Oil & Gas/Energy industry.
• Minimum of 10 years in a strategic advisory role across upstream, midstream and downstream domains, including Subsurface, Wells & Drilling, Production Operations, Reservoir & Asset Management, Energy Data Management, Capital Projects, and HSE.
• Minimum of 10 years mentoring high-performing global delivery teams across large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Minimum of 10 years of business development, strategy pursuits, and solutioning for executive-level client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advise Energy clients on end-to-end operational and enterprise business challenges.
• Lead enterprise data modernization, governance, and architecture programs (e.g., OSDU, cloud).
• Define solution architectures and roadmaps for cloud, application modernization, and platform engineering.
• Cultivate executive client relationships and lead business development for high-value pursuits.
