Accenture is seeking a senior Energy domain leader to drive enterprise-scale transformation for Oil & Gas clients. You will advise on end-to-end challenges, shape data modernization, and define cloud-ready architectures, while mentoring global delivery teams and leading strategic P&L discussions with executives.

The role emphasizes cross-domain leadership across Upstream, Midstream, Downstream, and Low Carbon, with opportunities to develop industry accelerators and grow client engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years within Oil & Gas/Energy industry.
• Minimum of 10 years in a strategic advisory role across Upstream/Midstream/Downstream domains.
• Minimum of 10 years mentoring high-performing global delivery teams.
• Minimum of 10 years of business development and executive-level solutioning.

Responsibilities

• Advise Energy clients on end-to-end operational and enterprise business challenges.
• Lead enterprise data modernization, governance, and architecture programs (e.g., OSDU, cloud).
• Define solution architectures and roadmaps for cloud, application modernization, and platform engineering.
• Cultivate executive client relationships and lead business development for high-value pursuits.
