Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior Energy Domain Leader to guide advisory engagements across Upstream, Downstream, Midstream, and Low Carbon value chains. You will drive enterprise data modernization, governance, and AI-enabled platforms while mentoring delivery teams and leading strategic client pursuits.

Role requires extensive Oil & Gas experience, strong leadership, and the ability to shape cloud architectures and cross-functional programs. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Oil & Gas/Energy industry.
• 10+ years in a strategic advisory role across upstream, midstream and downstream domains.
• 10+ years mentoring high-performing global delivery teams.
• 10+ years of business development and solutioning for executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Energy Domain Leadership and advise clients on end-to-end operational challenges.
