Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years within Oil & Gas/Energy industry.
• Minimum of 10 years in a strategic advisory role across upstream, midstream and downstream domains.
• Minimum of 10 years mentoring high-performing global delivery teams on large-scale transformations.
• Minimum of 10 years of business development, strategy pursuits, and executive-level solutioning.

Responsibilities

• Advise energy clients on end-to-end operational and enterprise challenges.
• Drive digital operating models, process modernization and domain-specific data ecosystems.
• Define solution architectures and roadmaps for cloud, application modernization, and platform engineering.
• Cultivate executive client relationships and lead business development for high-value pursuits.
