Job summary

Accenture seeks a senior Energy Transformation leader to guide large-scale initiatives across Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream. You will drive data modernization, cloud adoption, and AI-enabled transformation for major energy clients, mentoring global delivery teams and pursuing executive-level opportunities.

The role emphasizes enterprise architecture, cross-functional leadership, and a track record of securing high-value engagements within Oil & Gas. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years within Oil & Gas/Energy industry.
• Minimum of 10 years in a strategic advisory role across upstream, midstream and downstream.
• Minimum of 10 years mentoring global delivery teams across large-scale transformation.
• Minimum of 10 years of business development and solutioning for executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; if Associate's, 6+ years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise Energy clients on end-to-end operational and enterprise challenges.
• Drive digital operating models, process modernization, and data ecosystems.
• Lead enterprise data modernization, governance, and architecture programs (e.g., cloud).
• Define solution architectures and roadmaps for cloud, application modernization, and platform engineering.
• Cultivate executive client relationships and lead business development for high-value pursuits.
