Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior energy domain leader to drive enterprise-wide transformation for Oil & Gas clients, blending strategic advisory with data, cloud, AI, and digital capabilities across upstream, midstream, downstream and low carbon value chains.

You will lead energy domain leadership, data modernization programs, and technology roadmaps while building executive relationships and growing high-value opportunities; travel may be required as business demands.

Qualifications

Minimum 12 years in Oil & Gas/Energy industry.
Minimum 10 years in a strategic advisory role across upstream, midstream and downstream domains.
Minimum 10 years mentoring high-performing global delivery teams.
Minimum 10 years of business development and solutioning for executive-level stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; if associate’s, minimum 6 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Advise Energy clients on end-to-end operational and enterprise challenges.
Drive digital operating models, process modernization, and data ecosystems.
Define solution architectures and roadmaps for cloud, app modernization, and platform engineering.
Lead client relationships and business development for high-value pursuits.
