Job summary

Accenture PLC seeks a senior energy transformation leader to advise on end-to-end challenges across upstream, downstream, and midstream, driving digital operating models and data ecosystems.

You will define solution architectures, lead enterprise data modernization, and accelerate AI-driven transformation while cultivating executive client relationships and pursuing high-value opportunities across the energy sector. Travel may be required up to 100% depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Oil & Gas/Energy industry.
• 10+ years in a strategic advisory role across upstream/midstream/downstream domains.
• 10+ years mentoring global delivery teams on large-scale transformation.
• 10+ years of business development, strategy pursuits, and executive-level solutioning.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12 years) or 6-year equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise Energy clients on end-to-end operational and enterprise business challenges.
• Drive digital operating models and data ecosystems.
• Define solution architectures and roadmaps for cloud, application modernization, and platform engineering.
• Deploy AI-driven automation and cross-platform integrations to enhance efficiency.
• Cultivate executive client relationships and lead high-value pursuits.
