Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Sales Capture Senior Manager or Associate Director to originate, shape, sell and close large, multi-service deals that are profitable and valuable.

You will lead strategic pursuits, interact with senior client stakeholders, and build trusted executive relationships while leveraging AI-enabled capabilities across technology strategy, data and AI, and cloud platforms. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in selling complex technology services.
• Minimum 8 years’ Sales Pursuit Management experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in direct sales with quota, preferably above $15M+.
• Minimum 2 years in Energy industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Create solutions to complex technology business problems requiring deep knowledge of client needs.
• Interacts with senior client stakeholders and Accenture leadership to shape and drive strategic pursuits.
• Defines pursuit strategies, develops compelling client messaging, and builds trusted executive relationships.
• Demonstrates leadership in large teams and directs specific sales activities; travel may be required.
